Zoho launches new headquarters and training center in Nairobi

Indian tech firm Zoho Corporation has announced the opening of its new headquarters in Nairobi, which will also serve as a training center for customers and partners.

Currently undergoing renovation, the facility is expected to begin operations by April.

Zoho’s move is part of its commitment to invest in local talent and provide better service to its customers in Kenya, according to Veerakumar Natarajan, Country Head – Kenya, Zoho Corp.

He also revealed that the company has seen a 48% increase in revenue and a rise in employee numbers, while its partner network in Kenya has grown by 33% in 2022.

Zoho offers various business support programs across different industries
and introduced Zoho Africa Digital Enabler (ZADE) last year.

ZADE is a package designed to help small businesses achieve digital transformation at an affordable cost by providing them with the same tools used by large enterprises to manage their operations.

According to Zoho’s President for Middle and East Africa, Hyther Nizam, the
the company crossed the billion-dollar revenue mark last year, making it one of the
most valuable players in its space.

Mr Nizam said that the Kenyan market has great potential, and the company is eager to invest in products that will transform the operations of SMEs in the region.

“We have found great potential in the Kenyan market, and we are confident that our investments will go a long way in transforming the way SMEs operate,” he said.
