Bluechip Technologies has shaken up leadership in East Africa

Wycliffe Selebwa has been appointed as the new Managing Director for Kenya and East Africa. Selebwa brings extensive experience from his previous roles as Country Lead and Head of Sales for Dell Technologies in East Africa, along with key positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Microsoft in East and Southern Africa. He also managed export vehicle sales for General Motors earlier in his career.

Simultaneously, Cedric Tsiga will assume the role of Regional Director – East Africa, Group Chief Growth Officer, and Board Director. The company emphasized that Tsiga will now focus on group strategy, innovation, communications, and key partnerships. His background includes roles at Microsoft, Thomson Reuters, and Oracle.

In addition, Bluechip Technologies has welcomed John Kuria to its Board of Directors. Kuria brings over 28 years of expertise in B2B sales and business development, having previously held senior positions at SAP Africa and IBM Africa.

“As we aim for $250M in revenue by 2027, we are thrilled to have Wycliffe, Cedric, and John join our leadership team. Together, they will drive our commitment to excellence and innovation in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across East Africa,” the company announced in a social media post.
