South African residential property listing startup Under One Roof has announced its first partnership with HouseHoppers, a specialized relocation company that focuses on packing, moving, and unpacking homes or offices within a day.

Founded earlier this year, Under One Roof provides a personalized online property listing platform for agents, buyers, sellers, and renters. HouseHoppers, established in 2005, offers concierge relocation services. Through this partnership, users buying or renting homes on Under One Roof can now access HouseHoppers for assistance with packing, boxing, and moving.

In addition to their core services, HouseHoppers provides a Utility Concierge service, simplifying the process of transferring utilities like electricity and water between properties. This service removes the hassle of managing utility transitions, allowing clients to settle into their new homes more smoothly.
