OPPO opens largest service centre in Nairobi

OPPO, the mobile phone company, has recently launched its largest Service Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.

The centre offers a variety of services, including product repair, guidance and user manuals for OPPO’s wide range of products.

Customers can receive one-on-one consultation with the company’s technicians who can reduce phone repair waiting times to under an hour using genuine OPPO spare parts and warranties.

The Service Centre also provides an opportunity for customers to interact with different models of OPPO’s product line.

They can receive instant software updates and guidance on how to maximize OPPO’s smart ecosystem by utilizing the company’s various products, accessories and services.

The new centre aims to provide the best possible customer experience, reflecting the company’s focus on customer satisfaction.

To celebrate the opening of the new Service Centre, customers who visit the centre located at Emperor Plaza, Koinange Street will receive gifts from OPPO for the next week.

Additionally, OPPO Kenya is introducing OPPO Pad Air in the Kenyan Market. This ultra-slim tablet has a 10.36-inch 2K display with quad speakers supporting Dolby Atmos and is equipped with the new ColorOS for Pad system.

The OPPO Service Centre offers a wide range of services and is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday.
